Bug description:
After run the qtcretor from my source root dir, some pre-compiled
files disappear:
How to reproduce (qmake projects)
==============================
1 - go inside any qmake source dir
2 - manually run qmake to create the necessary build files
3 - open the qtcreator project: qtcreator my-project.pro
4 - try to manually build the project: make
Expected:

The project build ok
Current Result

The project fail to build due missing Makefile.
How to reproduce (cmake projects)
==============================
1 - go inside any cmake project source dir
2 - create a build dir: mkdir build
3 - go inside build dir: cd build
4 - run cmake: cmake ../CMakeLists.txt
5 - open qtcreator from build dir: qtcreator ../CMakeLists.txt
6 - try to manually build the project: make
