  Cannot launch application any more from SDK

Bug description:
  I cannot launch my application any  more on my phone. I have
  terminated the running application on my phone, and it shows:

  [11:29:58] Started /usr/share/qtcreator/ubuntu/scripts/qtc_device_close_all_apps
  [11:29:58] Close the DeviceInfo.

  [11:29:58]   *no running instances of application*

  [11:29:58] 
  [11:29:58] /usr/share/qtcreator/ubuntu/scripts/qtc_device_close_all_apps finished with code 1
  [11:30:14] Started /usr/share/qtcreator/ubuntu/scripts/qtc_device_close_all_apps
  [11:30:14] Close the DeviceInfo.

  [11:30:15]   *no running instances of application*

  [11:30:15] 
  [11:30:15] /usr/share/qtcreator/ubuntu/scripts/qtc_device_close_all_apps finished with code 1

  However, the menu still shows "Close Application on Device" instead of
  "Run application on Device". Attached please find the captured screen.

  Also, I cannot terminate the running application (pure QML) from the
  SDK. For other templates which have the C++ code, it has the "RED"
  square to terminate the app.
