Plugin pollutes code dir with manifests

Fix Released

Fix Released
Bug description:
With the ubuntu plugin for QtCreator enabled, all CMake sources get
polluted with the following files, whether it makes sense or not. It
should only happen for project types where this is applicable, and
only on creation, not when adding an existing project. At the very
least this should not happen by default.
