Title:
  Cannot manually set orientation

Status in Ubuntu UI Toolkit:
  Fix Released
Status in “ubuntu-ui-toolkit” package in Ubuntu:
  Fix Released

Bug description:
  I did not find how one is supposed to set the orientation of an app,
  ignoring sensor data so not using automaticOrientation:true (that
  scenario works fine)

  Running this app I get
  file:///usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/qt5/qml/Ubuntu/Components/OrientationHelper.qml:100: ReferenceError: window is not defined
  file:///usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/qt5/qml/Ubuntu/Components/MainView.qml:257: TypeError: Cannot call method 'hasOwnProperty' of null

  I don't know what I am missing, and what component initializes the
  window object.

  import QtQuick 2.0
  import Ubuntu.Components 0.1

  MainView {
          width:400
          height:400
          OrientationHelper {
                  orientationAngle: 90
          }

          Rectangle {
                  x:0;y:0
                  width: parent.width/2
                  height: parent.height/2
                  color: "red"
          }
  }
