  Device tab content page needs to allow vertical scrolling

Bug description:
  If the content on the devices page does not all fit vertically on the
  screen it will be cut off without the ability to scroll. This is a
  problem if your windows isn't big enough (especially on smaller
  screens) because you can't access things like the "Autocreate" button
  for kits.
