Title:
  Invalid format for maintainer error

Status in Qt Creator plugins for Ubuntu:
  Fix Committed
Status in “qtcreator-plugin-ubuntu” package in Ubuntu:
  Fix Released

Bug description:
If the format for the maintainer is not wrong, the wizard should not
continue. Otherwise, the developers are very hard to find the place to
make the corrections. I just take the default value from the wizard,
  and it does not succeed.

During creating the template, it is very hard to guess what the format
is. It is good to give an example format the during the wizard.
Alternatively, break the format into two parts: name and email
address. As such, a developer can always get the thing done correctly.
