Title:
  Slider popup is hidden beneath the header

Status in “ubuntu-ui-toolkit” package in Ubuntu:
  Confirmed

Bug description:
  When you have a slider at the top of the page and you adjust its
  value, you will notice that the slide popup appears transparent.
  That's because it appears below the header and the header is
  transparent.

  Slider popup should appear above every component.
