Title:
  Need a ListView Item that redefines the default cacheBuffer

Status in “ubuntu-ui-toolkit” package in Ubuntu:
  Confirmed

Bug description:
  ListView cacheBuffer is hardcoded in Qt to 320 pixels. Since we are GU
  based we should have a UListView item that is something like

  ListView {
      cacheBuffer: units.gu(40)
  }

  So people can use it on all kinds of displays and get the same
  cacheBuffer behaviour
