  Device panel buttons ado not enable unless you are on the bottom half

Status in “qtcreator-plugin-ubuntu” package in Ubuntu:
  Confirmed

Bug description:
  The refresh devices and add emulator buttons seem like they do not
  work since the user must place the cursor over the bottom half of the
  button to enable them.
