  add support for splash screen in desktop files

Status in “qtcreator-plugin-ubuntu” package in Ubuntu:
  Confirmed

Bug description:
  The new-project wizard should ask a developer if he wants to add 
  a splashscreen to his application and add the required fields in the 
  desktop file and the image to the project.
