  emulator package needed to interact with device

Status in “qtcreator-plugin-ubuntu” package in Ubuntu:
  Incomplete

Bug description:
  Reported on the channel:

  Ubuntu SDK tells me that the emulator package is missing when I connect my phone, how do I fix that?
  Installing ubuntu-emulator package resolved the issue

  I could not reproduce it by removing the package, but my device was
  already known to qtc
