Title:
  Move Device Controls from the Menu to the devices page

Status in “qtcreator-plugin-ubuntu” package in Ubuntu:
  Confirmed

Bug description:
  Currently we have 2 places in QtCreator where we have device controls,
  one is in the Menu and one in the devices page itself.

  The problem with the menu items is, its not easily visible which
  device is going to be used (its the one that is currently selected on
  the devicepage)

  We should merge those controls to the devicespage and remove them from
  the Menu.
