Won't Fix
Bug description:
This seems to be a regression that appeared recently, I can observe it
with today’s ubuntu-touch build on the Galaxy Nexus (build #140) that
has qtdeclarative5-ubuntu-ui-toolkit-plugin
0.1.46daily13.05.29ubuntu.unity.next-0ubuntu1 (based off trunk
revision 519).
To reproduce, simply launch any application that has a Panel
(webbrowser-app, notes-app, gallery-app, …), reveal the panel by
swiping up from the bottom edge, and then tap anywhere outside the
panel to hide it. Note how it doesn’t hide.
