Title:
  Adding localization support in the template application

Status in qtcreator-plugin-ubuntu package in Ubuntu:
  Fix Released

Bug description:
  I find there is no localization support in the template application.
  The localization way is different from the standard Qt implementation.
  I would be good to add the support in the CMakeLists.txt file, and
  also make it working for the pure QML project templates.

  Please include a detailed steps in a readme file in the template project.
