  Scrolling is extremely laggy as of emulator image >=165

Status in ubuntu-ui-toolkit package in Ubuntu:
  Invalid

Bug description:
  As of emulator image 165 and higher I found certain other issues like,
  - The top of the apps is overlapped by the indicator (https://imgur.com/XVAzQeJ)
  - Apps are extremely laggy
