Bug description:
File handles for recorded videos are left open until the camera app exits.
This means they don't get detected by mediascanner (which waits for the file to finish being written) until you close the camera app, and presumably the operating system just closes all the handles.
The impact is that your recorded videos won't show up anywhere that
uses mediascanner (specifically the Videos scope).
