[Bug 1417718] Re: Autopilot helper documentation is hidden inside chroot

The UI Toolkit is officially shipped to the mobile device images. Right
now targeting the Desktop application development is in a tech-preview
state. It means that the UITK is good on desktop, but it comes with
certain limitation. In other words, the full convergence from the point
of the UITK is the main target of the 15.10 release.

Because of that, the UITK API documentation is available in the target
Kits. One can of course treat the Desktop environment as a target Kit,
but that target is not supported in a scale as the click schroot
builders.

Said that, the Ubuntu SDK does show the API documentation of the
selected target. So if you use 15.04 Kit then the API documentation will
be pulled from the 15.04 Kit.

The local installation of the APIs are not supported in a same way as
the target installations.

Title:
Autopilot helper documentation is hidden inside chroot

Status in qtcreator-plugin-ubuntu package in Ubuntu:
  Won't Fix

Bug description:
Currently the autopilot helper documentation is shipped in the ubuntu-
ui-toolkit-autopilot package. This means the local documentation for
developers exists in a chroot behind the SDK tools. This can cause
confusion and potential issue as the local installed version (if any)
does correspond / make sense for what is being used inside the chroot.

Support should be added for viewing documentation for the chroot
  target you are developing against.
