Title:
Match application name to click package name

Status in qtcreator-plugin-ubuntu package in Ubuntu:
  Fix Released

Bug description:
The default chosen for application name in the second wizard screen
when creating a new project is always "app", it can be confusing to
new developers not wanting to know the difference between the project
  name and the application name.

We discussed that the best way (to not prevent people creating backend
and frontend app in the same project) is to prefiled it with the
correct name from the first dialog.
