  Removal of wiki/core apps/API offline mode

Status in qtcreator-plugin-ubuntu package in Ubuntu:
  Fix Released

Bug description:
  Due to qtwebkit suppression upstream, and lack of usefulness of those
  mode, we agreed on dropping them.

  Offline documentation support through F1 is filed as bug #1461034.
