[Bug 1489331] Re: [Wily Qtcreator 3.5] Complains about not being able to find custom executable when trying to run application

 

This needs to be fixed in QtC itself, the default cmake plugin does not care about using RCFactories so those are not
autocreated.

Title:
  [Wily Qtcreator 3.5] Complains about not being able to find custom
  executable when trying to run application

Status in qtcreator package in Ubuntu:
  In Progress

Bug description:
  After upgrade to Wily/Qtcreator 3.5 with standard upgrade, I am not
  able to run applications on the Desktop and Phone. It builds correctly
  but is unable to find the executable when trying to run it. Attached
  screenshot showing the dialog which asks for the custom executable
  location.
