This bug was fixed in the package qtbase-opensource-src - 5.4.2+dfsg-
2ubuntu9

Title:
  xcb_use_themed_cursor.patch dropped incorrectly with Qt 5.4.2

Status in qtbase-opensource-src package in Ubuntu:
  Fix Released

Bug description:
  Unlike the other XCB patch, this patch was not actually included yet
  in the Qt 5.4.2 release. It should be restored.

  It causes a cursor issue in webbrowser.

  The patch originally fixed bug #1277020 "hideous mouse cursor when
  hovering over hyperlinks.", and is included in current vivid since
  March (https://launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/qtbase-opensource-
  src/5.4.1+dfsg-2ubuntu4)
