[Bug 1517580] [NEW] previousIndex() & nextIndex() need to take playbackMode into account

Public bug reported:

previousIndex() & nextIndex() need to take playbackMode into account but
they currently do not. They also need to check with  media-hub's
canGoPrevious() and canGoNext() and return -1 if playbackMode is not set
to loop and is on the first track in the list. It will return 0 if it's
in the same scenario but has played >5s of the track.
