  "Build and validate click package" button disabled without explanation

Status in qtcreator-plugin-ubuntu package in Ubuntu:
  Fix Released

Bug description:
  Using vivid, I followed https://developer.ubuntu.com/en/publish
  /packaging-click-apps/ and created a new project (type cmake with
  translations), the "Build and validate click package" button is showed
  as disabled though and there is no explanation of why or what to do to
  be able to use the option...
