[Bug 1524027] [NEW] Adjust HTML5 template to mirror the QML sample app

Public bug reported:

The HTML5 template and the plain QML sample application template are not
exactly the same when launched.

One can easily see that by launching in QtCreator two projects based on
the two templates.

The code for the two templates is here:

on under "html5-simple" and the other "simple-app-qmlproject".
