This is due to a old chroot. Make sure to recreate your chroot in order
to get all the required packages. Alternatively its possible to add the
phone overlay PPA.

Bug description:
  * Open Ubuntu SDK
  * select "new project"
  * select the "QtQuick app with QML UI (qmake)"
  * try to run it on the phone

  Problem: the .desktop file can't be found. One needs to manually fix
  the .pro file.
