  Mnemonic support via Action if keyboard available

Status in ubuntu-ui-toolkit package in Ubuntu RTM:
  Fix Released

Bug description:
  Action should support defining mnemonics via a special token, such as
  & or _. Mnemonics should display with an underline whenever a physical
  keyboard is attached.
