[Bug 1544745] [NEW] Adaptive does not destroy all stacked pages on 'addPageToNextColumn'
Public bug reported:
Adaptive layout is not destroying all stacked pages after call
'addPageToNextColumn';
In a layout with two pages stacked on the second column, only the last
pushed page is destroyed after the call of ' 'addPageToNextColumn' from
the first page.
Check attached example.
