[Bug 1558279] Re: QtQuick library gets installed but headers are missing

qt5-default is *not* a meta-package that would pull the packages needed
for development. The only thing it does is provide a configuration for
qtchooser so that it prefers Qt 5 over Qt 4. So this is not a bug.

** Changed in: qtbase-opensource-src (Ubuntu)

Title:
QtQuick library gets installed but headers are missing

Status in qtbase-opensource-src package in Ubuntu:
  Invalid

Bug description:
When I "apt-get install qt5-default" I do not get the complete
environment for Qt development. The QtQuick libraries are installed
but the development headers are missing. I have to manually issue
"apt-get install qtdeclarative5-dev", which contains the headers.
