It was passing at: https://jenkins.ubuntu.com/ubuntu-sdk/job/ubuntu-ui-

But it looks like http://bazaar.launchpad.net/~ubuntu-sdk-team/ubuntu-
ui-toolkit/staging/revision/1923 was merged in the between, and armhf CI
was down last week for a couple of days. That means, the problem does
not look to be a new one, but just caught.
