[Bug 1574276] [NEW] Some apps not accessing location on Aquarius M10

Public bug reported:

Nearby, Weather and unav do not access location data. Location service
apps shows correct location (with Nokia service turned on).. Sensor
status app also shows correct location. Scopes are using a remembered
location only and unav says gps signal not available. Using latest
updates.
