[Bug 1575060] [NEW] APL divider goes on top of column content

Public bug reported:

The APL divider will hide part of the column content. To work around
this and to avoid the right edge of the focus frame for uclistitem to be
hidden by the APL divider, uclistitem has this code on line 1143:
rect -= QMarginsF(0, 0, UCUnits::instance()->dp(1), 0);

That causes a bug with the sections focus frame (which is the ListItem
focus frame), there is a 'gap' of 1 pixel wide on the right-hand side of
the focus frame which looks wrong.

** Affects: ubuntu-ui-toolkit (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: Confirmed
