[Bug 1566735] Re: Tabs documentation does not mention that Tabs are deprecated
Question for design: The current Tabs pattern is completely deprecated,
right? We will have a new pattern for that to be used with the new
PageHeader and AdaptivePageLayout. For that, we'll need new API as well
so we deprecate the old Tabs in UITK 1.3.
