[Bug 1579045] [NEW] PageHeaderStyle.disabledForeground color doesn't affect title or subtitle

Public bug reported:

I don't know if that's a bug so much as expected behavior - in the
latter case the naming is certainly misleading or unclear at least.

    header: PageHeader {
        id: pageHeader
        title: i18n.tr("Hello World")
        subtitle: i18n.tr('Lorem ipsum dolor sit amet')
        enabled: false

        StyleHints {
            // The color of disabled actions
            disabledForegroundColor: UbuntuColors.red
        }

        trailingActionBar.actions: [
            Action {
                iconName: 'list-add'
            }
        ]
    }

That code snippet causes the action in the header to be red, but none of
the labels.
