  [Wishlist] Option to make BottomEdge Non-Modal

Bug description:
  I think the bottomedge has great potential and it will be good if we can use it in non-modal way.
  In this way, the user can still interact with the main page while the bottomedge is shown.
  This of course is only applicable when the bottom edge height is less than the main page's height.
