    The override specifier (since C++11) specifies that a virtual function

Title:
  New text input visuals very heavy

Bug description:
  Since the UITK introduced the new text input focus ring, it also
  replaced the shaded Shape with a flat outline. That outline seems
  overly heavy (see attachment).

  The only visual spec of this that I saw (remarked as "old") is
  http://bit.ly/1TtDOqu ([1] says "spec is outdated", too).
