Title:
UITK documentation uses \inqmlmodule NAME VERSION, but \inqmlmodule
  only takes NAME

Status in Client Developer Experience:
  In Progress
Status in ubuntu-ui-toolkit package in Ubuntu:
  Fix Released

Bug description:
As of r1984, the whole documentation is full of

  \inqmlmodule Ubuntu.Components 1.3 or similar

The \inqmlmodule only takes the name of the module, not the version.

We can safely remove the version from all the 200+ occurrences
  available in the toolkit.

This makes the documentation code even less confusing.
