[Bug 1591243] [NEW] ListItemActions trigger too easily
Public bug reported:
When having a scrollable list with ListItems and the ListItems have
ListItemActions, the ListItemActions are revealed too easily. It happens
very often that one accidentally opens the ListItemActions when instead
he wanted to scroll the list up/down.
That should be tweaked a bit to reduce the false positives on the
ListItemActions, most likely by increasing the required minimum
horizontal threshold to invoke them.
