[Bug 1602568] [NEW] Consider version 5.6 for Yakety

I suggest to switch from Qt version 5.5 to Qt version 5.6 (or version
5.7) for the next ubuntu release, due to a strange behaviour in the
callback mechanism for function objects. See

callback-copying/38345908#38345908. I do not know if the new and in my
opinion correct behaviour affect old apps or not. If not, I am happy to
see an official upgrade.
