[Bug 1605634] [NEW] Navigation with arrow keys in ListView is incorrect when layoutDirection == Qt.RightToLeft

Possibly also incorrect for verticalLayoutDirection == Qt.BottomToTop.
I will update the bug description with example code when I confirm this.
Needs to be fixed for the new scrolling toolbar with keyboard
