[Bug 1616425] [NEW] qtmultimedia does not recover after a media-hub-server crash

Public bug reported:

qtmultimedia objects do not recover gracefully after the backend (media-
hub-server in our case) restarts/crashes. This forces library users to
re-create their qtmultimedia objects when this happens.

Bug description:
  qtmultimedia objects do not recover gracefully after the backend
