Bug description:
  Since MapQuest shut down its service, the osm plugin for the Map QML
  type is broken:
  https://developer.ubuntu.com/api/apps/qml/sdk-15.04.5/QtLocation
  .location-plugin-osm/

  To reproduce it, make sure that you do not request tiles that are
  already in cache!
