[Bug 1663192] [NEW] Slider doesn't respect stepSize property

Setting the stepSize property on the slider doesn't seem to have any
effect when dragging the slider tab with a mouse. If you set a range
between 0 and 10 with a step of 1, you will still get floating values
between the steps.
