[Bug 1969378] [NEW] package qml-module-qtquick-window2:amd64 5.12.8-0ubuntu1 failed to install/upgrade: package is in a very bad inconsistent state; you should reinstall it before attempting configuration

I was trying to see ipconfig /all command.
Then I have to do sudo apt install
after that these problem have arose.
