    - remove the linux-any limitation for the libvulkan-dev build and runtime
      dependency
    - remove the linux-any limitation for the vulkan-related symbols in
      libqt5gui5t64.symbols
    - remove the linux-any limitation for the vulkan-related files in install
      files

Bug description:
  Hello,
  keepassxc crashes very often on Plucky.
  It returns that /sysdeps/x86_64/multiarch/strlen-avx2.S is not found

  Thread 1 "keepassxc" received signal SIGSEGV, Segmentation fault.
  Download failed: Argomento non valido.  Continuing without source file ./string/../sysdeps/x86_64/multiarch/strlen-avx2.S.
  __strlen_avx2 () at ../sysdeps/x86_64/multiarch/strlen-avx2.S:76

  Please find attached the full backtrace.

  Here below a bug report someone already openend in keepass' github.
  They asked to open a bug report against ubuntu/QT, but I didn't find
  any bug report here on LaunchPad so I opened it.
