Hello @Ubuntu-irc,

I see that many Ubuntu related channels are moving from Freenode to Libera..

I'd like to know your formal POV about this, and if I should move the
#ubuntu-tn to Libera or it's up to the IRC team to do that (so they can
have OP of the channel)
