A feedback email reports that OOPS-1250D13 is the result of a broken link.  On investigation (https://devpad.canonical.com/~matsubara/oops.cgi/2009-06-03/D13), I verified that as of this writing https://launchpad.net/+search?field.text=ken78724&start=20 includes this last search result at the bottom of the page:

The bug itself is viewable normally (https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+bug/382296) and included separately in the search results.
