Hello everyone!

Due to a number of regressions in our current images and a few
important landings still missing, we have decided to move Final Freeze
one week later - meaning: to this Friday. Good news is that the recent
phone-not-booting on first boot bug on rc-proposed just had its fix
landed. Only a few more changes (color emoji seed changes, updated
custom tarballs etc.) and we should be good for OTA-12 testing. The
only worrying thing left will be the emulator state, as we want to
block the release in case we have no functional emulator images.

>From other news: frieza rc-proposed builds have been finally unblocked
with the required custom tarball landing in release. One thing left to
do is seamlessly migrating turbo users from meizu.en to the new
libertine-enabled meizu-pd.en channel, which should happen somewhere
around tomorrow.
