  Remove the "Go To" action from the header

Status in File Manager application for Ubuntu devices:
  Fix Released

Bug description:
  After migrating to the new header, we've added a "Go To" action as
  part of the Places bottom bar. We should remove the duplicate "Go To"
  action in the header, so that we do not clutter it.

  As on the desktop there is no bottom edge, perhaps we should make it
  conditional and show the action only if we're running on the desktop.
