[Bug 1447721] Re: Vcard (.vcf) support
Address book already support importing vcards using content hub. The
only missing code is in file manager app that needs to implement support
for contact export using content hub like gmail web app does.
** Also affects: ubuntu-filemanager-app
Importance: Undecided
Status: New
** Changed in: address-book-app
Status: New => Invalid

Title:
Vcard (.vcf) support
Status in Address Book App:
Invalid
Status in File Manager application for Ubuntu devices:
New
Bug description:
Hi, I have tried to import contacts into address book by selecting the
.vcf file in file manager. I copied the vcf file by ssh to
~phablet/Downloads folder of my aquaris phone but subsequently trying
to open the file in file manager just resulted in empty window with
"Cancel" button at the bottom.
Expected behaviour: associate .vcf files with address book (Contacts)
and offer the file to be opened by address book app. For example
opening mail with .vcf attachement in Dekko works like this.
