Bug description:
  There was an announcement on the Ubuntu Phone mailing list [1] that
  announced that the store will soon not allow applications to be
  updated if they are still at one of the dev frameworks. I believe most
  core apps are currently on the "ubuntu-sdk-14.10*dev3" framework and
  should be updated _soon_.

  ubuntu-sdk-14.10-dev3 => ubuntu-sdk-14.10
  ubuntu-sdk-14.10-qml-dev3 => ubuntu-sdk-14.10-qml
